One other point, that action was designed for lighter hammer than today's.  If
you put new hammers on each gram of extra hammer weight will increase touch
weight by five grams.  Another little issue to remember.

Also, change the shanks and be extra careful about knuckle location, 17.5 mm
from center pin to the center of the knuckle insert.  Shorter distances will be
a real weight problem.
