Business Insurance Non-renewal

Kent,

Thanks for your reply:

"As you can see, the home office is well aware of the situation, and will
give us news when there is news to give."

I would prefer to hear this type of news from within our organization first.
It seems that the insurance company thought there was "news to give!" I made
a special trip to the post office today to retrieve the certified mail, not
knowing the sender. I was a half hour late to an appointment as a result.
Since the home office has been aware, I think we should have had a "heads
up" before receiving a special mailing from the insurance company.
