Upright Damper Replacement

Hi Terry, I have never tried to make my own dampers, hook line and sinker
like....but I aggree that small dampers are asking for trouble. I know I
know,,,, you can make just about anything work if you dink around enough... but
I am a big fan of the three felt piece long damper as well.

I have about 15 sets of those dinky little bass damper sets Baldwin (used too
??) sell left over from my brothers stuff. I doubt I will ever use them.
