Touchweight quick fix(Medical tubing)

Dave: Yes, I have thoughts. As an idea I think that is brilliant. I'm the
guy who thought of using fuse clips to simulate weights on shanks. They are
now sold by Pianotech.
Yamaha sells a weight at a high price to do the same. Using paper clips has
been proposed.

You may have made all those ideas obsolete. Too bad, sorry 'bout that.

I can't believe I didn't think of that. You Canadians aren't as dumb as you
look. You couldn't be that dumb. Of course, I've never seen you, so, I'm
kidding.

Now, an idea must be developed.

Questions:
What is the shelf life of medical tubing?
Would player piano tubing ( neoprene?) be better etc.
Would you glue it to the shank and what kind of glue would you use?
Are you using this for testing purposes, or permanent.

I'm very impressed with you idea and I hope it can be developed to be a
useful procedure.

Thanks for sharing.

For Keith Mcgavern. Don't you have a gram scale. Do you own research!!!!
