action bedding

The neatest quick little "glides setting only" trick I have ever seen requires
you carry a multimeter and a roll of very thin foil (tin) tape. You run a piece
of foil tape from the glide contact points to the front lip of the key bed.
Carefully push the action in and then adjust the glides so that your multimeter
shows a completed circuit.

Course this only works for non hidden glides, and presupposes a good back rail
bed. Real quick to do if you bother to carry around the tape and multimeter.
