Tom, According to my computer friend you can have the DSL line plus pay a small fee for the use of AOL. I understand the AOL charge would be dropped to around $9, the reduction due to you are not using AOL as the main server. I'm dealing with the same issue at my home. Everyone in the family wants to upgrade to DSL but doesn't want to give up AOL. Personally I don't like AOL so I have the business computer using another server. But like you, my kids and wife adore AOL.
