Kawai bushings

Wim,

I just ran into the same situation, not a Kawai studio, but a Weber grand. Soaked with wallpaper paste remover, when the glue was soft, used the tip of a screwdriver to push the folded-over part in from the outside, then grabbed the top with tweasers as usual. If you've got something more tenacious than hide glue, you may have to improvise some heat for the pushing screwdriver tip.

hope that helps,

Mike Spalding, RPT
