I too encountered a YC manufactured Wurlitzer with expanding action
brackets.  The piano was marketed and warranted by Baldwin.   At that time
(2 years ago), Baldwin sent me new action brackets and paid me to install
the new brackets and regulate the action.
Because of  Baldwins recent reorganization, I have no idea how warranty
issues will be handled.  You should still be able to get replacement
brackets from YC.
