Scheidmeyer, Upright, echo

It could possibly be that the piano never had enough dampers. On an upright,
it is an easy thing to add a few and see if that will quell the "echo".
Also, brass damper heads some times will get rid of that problem. I think a
"high-end" rebuilder could help the problem. (I've already private emailed
that a second opinion is warranted.)
