Backrail cloth which is glued at the rear of the felt will cause noise upon
key return. Glue along the front edge leaving the back free,
shims can be place under that edge.

Even on grand where the backrail felt has been glued front & rear over an
underfelt, slice the rear glue joint and there will be
a slight reduction in key noise.
