Brian, with the Hamilton I have had success with both steam and Denatured
Alcohol/Snuggles(4:1).

Steam is quicker, but I actually preferred the overall tone after the
alcohol/snuggles.

JimRPT is right..you might not ever make this customer happy, from the tone
of your post.
