Before I made the pneumatic clamps, I used to save the cutoffs for clamping spacers, but with the pneumatic, the fire hose accommodates the thickness differences easily. I feather with a jig and overarm router now, so I don't even have cutoffs left over - just lots and lots of chips. It leaves me with not much sanding to do, and is PDQ. Ron N
