Interesting. I wasn't aware it did that. I've always CA'd bridge pins with 
the strings off.

Probably. It does soak up plenty of glue, which has to go somewhere. It 
seems that a bridge ought to react less to humidity changes afterward, but 
I don't know if it does or not. Another quick and simple research project 
I'll get to pretty soon now.
