Hi Hazen, When spraying lids or other large panels, I have always hung them from a rack using eye hooks which are screwed into the core at some place that will be covered by hardware etc.. You need some strong wire to make some hangers that will hold the piece by the eye hooks. Clothes hanger wire will often let go(guess how I know)! I have a two large steel tripods (originally for some kind of lighting rig) that connect each other with a piece of one inch pipe about six feet long. Very strong and portable. You could probably make some sort of spray rack out of 2x4s though. We had it sitting on a blanket, and it left an indentation, after three days of drying. We have it now sitting on finishing nails,as it will only mess up a small area. I have never had this problem before.Everything we've tried has left a mark on the finish. > Thanks, > Hazen Bannister >
