Killer Octave Question - S shape theory

Hello Isaac: I have a 1900 180cm (or so) Bechstein grand waiting for remanufacture in my shop. It also has a very impressive and prominent "S"-shaped profile to the soundboard (perpendicular to the long bridge) in the killer octave area. When I take it apart I will need to cut through the board perpendicular to the bridge and get a good photo with a straight-edge next to it.
