I'd have to admit that just the fact that this piano 'plays', if only 'sorta-kinda', is a feather in the cap of Yamaha. They build a fairly uniform product in a world where few are anywhere near that precise, and in my opinion, a good piano. The thing that came to my mind when I read about this chain of events was... Now there are TWO of them that have the wrong action. Somebody else will be getting the other one. I hope this guy either straightens up or gets run outta business. Is it really that difficult to replace a set of keytops? Good grief, that would be another selling feature! Sometimes, I gotta wonder about people...
