Hide Glue Types

Hello Joe (or anyone else). I will be gluing a set of new jack flanges to a set of wippens for an upright action I am rebuilding. I want to use hide glue as I consider the flange as a part that will need to be replace every 100 years or so. I have three types of hide glue in my shop. The regular stuff from Schaff, your ChromeX, and your Jose stuff. What can you tell me about the strength/use characteristics of these glues? Is one of them, or is some other hide glue, best suited for jack flanges - I need a strong glue - Titebond would work well, but I want it to be fully and easily reversible. So often you see hide glued jack flanges on uprights that are falling apart. Thanks for any thoughts from Joe or anyone.
