List

I have a client who has asked me to broker a Falcone 6'
grand c.1985. I service this piano, but it is the only Falcone in my
practice.

As such I'm really at a loss to place this thing in
perspective Vis a Vis other fine pianos.

I've used the depreciation schedule in Larry Fines book, but what pianos
would I compare it to. Perhaps Schimmel?

I'm tempted to use their original purchase price ($17,000)
as a departure point----factoring in moving, needed service etc.

I know this question is pretty vague but your collective
input is much appreciated.

            Tom Driscoll
