Hello David How do you remove a strip of, say, hammer rest felt - or - cushion felt from a damper stop rail? Here's my tried solution. I use an steam generator nozzle (bought to create Cappucino!) It works fine and fast and gives a clean separation. Be careful though, not to keep the steam jet in conact longer than necessary! Regards Michael G (UK)
