Hi Jon,

Yesterday, in an answer about repairing hairline cracks in ivory,
you wrote...

>Make certain the ivory is secure to the key first,
>wick in thinned hot glue/showhite and clamp if loose.

How do you go about "wicking" in the thinned out glue, and about how thin
should it be?

Thanks,

Richard Wagner
