Terry,

I tuned my first one last week, a 6'4" grand, maybe two years old.  
Forster has only one "e" in it.

I did not need to take the keyblocks off to remove the keyslip.  Before 
you push it down, look underneath the front edge for two little knobs 
that must be turned parallel to the keyslip to remove it.  It sounds to 
me like the company used a couple methods ever the years to hold the 
keyslip in place.
