Subject: Pulling plates/rim protection

A neat thing Tom Servinsky showed me: Sheet aluminum bent in a 'U'
shape, cut to about 12"-18" lengths (to fit around curves as well), and
lined with scrap felt/wool material (from string cover scrap), deep
enough to cover most of inside of rim. Made a bunch of them that fit
easily into a box that goes up on top shelf until needed again.

Get the picture? Or is a picture needed?
