OK, Joe, I understand why the shorter tuner might have problems reaching the 
pins, but why would someone over 6'2" have more difficulty?

Head too high in the air to hear beats?
Shoes too big to fit under piano?
Fingers too wide to hit just one key at a time?
Stature intimidates client?
