Microsoft Patches Serious IE Flaw/Heckler

When you say rebuild your PC.
I that the same as what you consider a rebuild on a piano?
I was wondering who supplied all those rebuilt pianos, that just had the
action tapes replaced, and the hammer grooves removed. Now I know.
