ABS Parts (was RE: First sighting)

I haven't seen one of these pianos.  Are the pins directly in the ABS or is 
there some sort of bushing?

Sharp edges on the sides of the window that would be in contact with the 
knuckle?  Is it causing knuckle wear problems?
