Condemnation and obtaining for personal gain

I am hesitant to CA a block on a fine piano such as
this, with such very loose pins. It might not make
them adequately tight, and the amount of CA needed
might make taking the piano apart for future
rebuilding extremely problematic.
If you feel guilty about getting an unfairly good
deal on this piano from some sweet, trusting
oldsters,( and you should ), I suggest that you simply
make them an offer, with a time limit for their
acceptance of it, and then let them see if they can
find a better one.
