    Good point . The loop does stand the string elevation  a bit higher =
off the plate & this needs to be taken into consideration especially =
when setting up a new bridge height. With an old bridge your stuck with =
what you got unless you drop the plate a mm or so to accommodate the =
change before restringing.

    I suppose tho that  since the loop (being thicker) will force the =
string=20
    to come off the hitch pins a bit higher then otherwise. Perhaps =
before=20
    using this on any old piano it might be a good idea remember this =
when=20
    considering the angle the string needs comming off the back side of =
the=20
    bridge ? =20
