Dave,

You should really use the archives to see all the different opinions. I will simply give you my opinion: There is no one program which does it all...so I use 2 programs. One for bookkeeping=Quickbooks and one for records/scheduling=Time & Chaos. I have looked at all the piano tuning programs out there. They will keep good records and so-so scheduling but they only record income. You will need more than an income record in you company's bookkeeping so why even bother having it in your customer/records/scheduling? Until a piano tuning software program can do what Quickbooks can do in the money department...why bother. It doesn't have to be Quickbooks but it has to at that level. The next decision to make is what do I really need to keep as far as customer records are concerned? I have made the decision to keep my customer records as simple as possible. Download Time & Chaos, free trial..$45 if you buy and give it a try. It is not perfect, anymore than any of the other programs. What it is, is simple and you can keep all the records you really need and scheduling is amazingly easy. Can you click and drag?

>Any advice, comments, and/or opinions would help.
>Thanks.
