You might be interested in this document for dealing with churches, as a =
way of getting them to budget correctly for the level of performance =
they want out of their pianos:

http://www.ptg.org/caut.php/guidlines_pg.htm

You can get the same info in a book format from PTG for $7.50.

I don't know how well the formulas apply to just one or two pianos, but =
the rating system for what performance level they want, and for grading =
existing pianos, is useful. For most churches, it's the lowest =
performance level: "tune twice a year, and all the keys work".

More useful stuff here (CAUT is College And University Techs):

Do any of you have churches where you tune four times a year? Well, I =
guess any place for that matter...I know some of you tune same pianos =
each week or every day. But I was wondering what kind of a discount =
would be appropiate if a church wanted to be on a contract with you to =
have their piano tuned four times a year.

  Thanks!
