| 1) What is the best software to use to do the rescale? Or, does anyone out
| there accept parameters and run them through their own software as a service?
|
| 2) When all is said and done, is it possible that the difference in
| inharmonicity may not even be audible?

1) Yes. Several folks around the country do this. Including myself.

2) It is not the change in inharmonicity that you (and your client) will hear.
It is the power and tonal texture (or voice) balance that you will hear.
Personally, I cannot tell you just how much of a difference you will hear
without actually seeing the scale involved.
