Would the caller please furnish billing address and authorization and you will talk with them as long as they would like.... It takes about 20 seconds and they hang up. But, in answer to Joe's question -- yes, the Don't Call List works. I've gotten no telemarketing calls since registering. But, remember, political organizations and non-profit groups are exempt. They can keep calling. And, if your phone is listed as a business phone they can keep calling. (Hence the above.)
