Accurate cutting strips of cloth for Damper backing

The dampers work better with the felt backing. It's a shock absorber 
that limits bounce and tends to keep the damper in contact with the 
string better. Plain old name board felt, glued on to the damper, 
and trimmed with scissors is quick, easy, and simple.
