Church situation

I very much appreciate all of the feedback. After some more counsel, I set
up a meeting with the music director himself.

I just think that a face-to-face is a good way to start. Then he can
explain to me his expectations and I can see the piano myself.

Thank you.

A church may not be able to spend as much on tuning as
the BBC. Two different creatures.
Maybe set up this trial month on an hourly rate while
you see how much tuning work and time will be required
to meet their standards. I would also take into
account the location of the church and what kind of
travel time will be involved for these frequent
visits. Is there a pipe organ involved?
