I've said it before and--at the risk of sounding like a commercial--I'll say it again: I cannot understand why anyone pays so much more for other ETD's. It can only be because they never tried TL. It's the advertising! At least it was in my case. Alan Barnard Hopelessly lost but making excellent time ... in or near Salem, Missouri You are here.or at least you were a minute ago. ;-) Now, if people could get really excited about all the cool things you can listen for in aural tuning, maybe more people would get back to it. It's really neat. I will be totally honest about my case. After using the Verituner for over a year, and doing almost no aural work, my ear got really lazy. I didn't lose any abilities to hear, but I did lose a lot of the confidence I had before that I could do it - just me and a pitch source. And, I lost the ability to quickly discern small differences in intervals. It's still there, but it's not as quick as it used to be. So, I've made the decision that I'm not going to own one again unless I start losing my hearing. John Formsma -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
