Well..............

If you work for the government, close enough.

Turned the knob end myself, yep.
Epoxied onto a 1/2" round titanium shaft, 9-1/2" in length.
Shaft was threaded for me (thanks Charles Faulk).
Coleman 20 degree.
#2 Hale tip
Knob is about 2-3/8" diameter.
Overall length of lever is 10-1/4" (end of ball to end of head).
