Plate bolt question

MessageSome grands have pinblock screws going up from inside the action cavity (into what, one wonders?).  Perimeter rim bolts should only be snug, not holding-the-external-tank-on-the-shuttle-tight, like they look from their size.  Double ditto for nose bolts.

On uprights, I like to look for any brackets supporting the action or keybed underneath, and tighten those puppies (spinets mostly, I guess).
