Bernard pattern grand hammerhead extractorI have a pair, and they work surprisingly well, you wouldn't think there would be enough leverage.
By the way, I think the Sargent, on the original ones mentioned, is the pet supplier, I have a set their compound pliers, that had been modified as parallel pliers for player work.

    A colleague of mine wants a hammerhead extractor such as one I bought years ago but can't remember where.   The picture below gives an idea of what the tool is like, though the quality of the tool (marked 'Sargent') is far inferior to the fine original Bernard/Sargent tools.  Nevertheless it does the job well.

     

    Can anyone tell me who now supplies this tool?
