Hello, what ever your name may be.
 
  If you are going to service pianos you need to
be able to repair things like this with what ever is
available to you.
 
  To repair this hanger  you need a hammer, a
hack saw,  a metal file,  a drill,  a vice, and #  8 
common nail.
   
  Then ask an experienced member of you chapter
to show you how to use these.
