Slow Hammer Return

A couple of people have mentioned the felt being the initial cause of hammer
spring corrosion. Should the felt be replaced as well?

Thanks for everyone's help on this issue. I feel like I can go back to the
customer with some good information.

Everett's from the 70's and 80's had a problem with the hammer springs
breaking. The felt on the hammer spring rail attracted moisture and caused
the strings. Probably the hammer springs need replaced.
