Follow the money. Ask yourself what will they actually "do" for you. 
Personally, I think it's a sucker play and avoid them like the plague!  A 
typical ploy they use around here (Seattle) is to insinuate that they have 
received a phone call regarding your service. They then try and get you to 
join, inferring that you might learn what the inquiry was all about. Horse 
puckey, I say.
