About how much is your yearly increase? Is it a percentage? Brian P. Doepke AAA Piano Works, Inc. I adjust rates effective January 1 of each year. My established customers get one service/tuning at the old rate. When they schedule they are told this and what the new rate will be for subsequent tunings. This "benefit" is only for my long time customers that regularly have their piano serviced and does not include those that had me tune just a couple times over the past XXXX years.
