Hello Tom,
 
   A question that begs to be answered,
 
  Why did he not call the person that was 
paid to tune the piano before the concert?
 
  To answer him,  would be there is a Ser.
charge for tuning two notes, plus a trip charge.
 
These two notes will be recorded.
That is if you want to work for this type
of person.
 
  If you do not, then charge your normal tuning
price. 
 
   My personal answer would be,  I do not make 
such calls for obvious reasons.  
 
   I will however tune your piano,  My standard 
tuning fee is $130.00 which includes, 
the trip charge.
