Absolutely David, 

 

My point exactly! You make your own high end wherever you happen to be -
whatever the market.

 

My business revolves around a big chunk of the concert work in the city we
live in and its region, but we also do everything else in between.
Everything from dodgy PSO's right through. But even if the piano is not up
to it, we'll counsel our customer about how it is affecting the student's
playing and support them through the process of finding the best they can
afford.

 

My buzz comes from the WOW experience (like Dave Talcott's) for others as
well as for myself (selfish huh?).

 

I love watching students realise their own potential when given a better
opportunity to discover it - ie a better instrument - through either good
servicing, rebuilding or replacement.

 

Thank you all for your role in providing me with the knowledge and gumption
to aspire to higher standards.
