Wow, Conrad, you live in a different neck o' d woods for sure.  The only pianos I get that go that far south are brand new ones owned by customers that have been de-educated by salesfolk to think that one tuning a year is adequate for their new investment(..and I've been blamed more than once for a new piano not holding its tune).
 
Are your victims oldies or new pianners?  
 
Young Fang....I kinda like the sound of that.

...you walk into the music area of the high school and the teachers greet you with,"we could kiss your feet." 
 
The two I did yesterday: Yam P22 at 437Hz, Young Fang U121 at 435 - and I'd tuned them both in September. Some notes as far as 45¢ flat on Yammie. 
50+ on YC. 
 
Job security...;-} 
 
Driving through almost whiteout conditions on the way home wasn't quite as much fun, though.
