Why not let the customer know you can get the strings from Yamaha for the extra cost.   They may want Yamaha strings on their piano.   
Ardledge has specific info they want to replace strings.   You shouldn't have to remove strings just careful measurements.   Go to their website for particulars.   As I remember measurements of 1st string, last single string , 1st string of 1st double string unison and last string of double string unison.   They have a measuring tape you can get which makes it easy.   Also a micrometer is needed.
