[pianotech] Young Chang Upright Jack Springs - a choice to make

Assuming the jacks are moving freely I'd just try to replace the springs  
with the length closest to the original. You don't want to replace with a  too 
strong a spring and wind up with the jacks slapping back too  hard. Bad enough 
that there are so many times glue globules on that  butt felt for the jack to 
click clack against.
