Scott: If the scratches aren't too deep, you may be able to remove the keys and buff them out on a buffing wheel. If they are even lighter, try polishing them in the piano using either Turtle Wax swirl remover or Meguiar's Plastx. Both have a very fine abrasive which (with some elbow grease) should do the job. They're available at auto supply stores. The problem with replacing certain keys is getting a good color match, but it is possible. The final goal is to do the repair without looking like any work was done. Once you see the patient you'll know what to do. Let us know what you wind up doing. Mike Kurta. RPT
