[pianotech] Strange Customer Complaint

I didn't retune anything.
She felt so foolish when I explained why it sounded like a dischord, she
never called me back.
She was a beginner, and wasn't into complicated jazz chords.
FAC sounds smooth, but when you add an E, it jumps out at you as being out.
She had a friend there, and I think she might have been bragging, about how
her ear was better than the tuner's.

Maybe she shouldn't be playing jazz chords... '-] I don't understand if
you found everything OK...octaves, etc. why the Fmaj7 chord would sound
bad...what did you have to retune to fix it?
