Simply borrow a lay back to do this job. Someone in your chapter has one. Over thirty years I squatted down and stood up lifting pianos. Now that I have had hernia surgery I do not do that any more. Well, at least not the larger heavy pianos. I am saying this to you before you get a hernia.
