[pianotech] O.T. What do you do to keep fit?

I began cycling in April 2008. A little trail riding on a mountain bike.
Then got a road bike in August 2008, and have fallen in love with it. (I
still ride the mountain bike some, though.)

Since March 2009, I've done just over 2,700 miles so far this year. Dropped
10-15 lbs since July, and feel much, much better overall. Still 20-25 more
pounds to lose, but it's coming off steadily. I also do pushups and a few
other bodyweight exercises; but much less regularly than cycling. Due to
injured joints (shoulder, knees, and tuning wrist), I have to limit the type
of physical exercise. Bodyweight is perfect.

And might I say, you are one insane individual for unicycling. (Of course,
I'm only saying it 'cause I'm jealous. <G> However, two wheels provide all
the excitement I'll need.)
